I have tried to run reports and I even tried to make a new grade book and I was unable to do so. When the extension opens the window in the sheets it only says drive.google.com refused to connect. How do I fix this?
You can try logging out of all your Google accounts and only into 1. You can also try private mode to see if some other app is interfering.
