Do you offer a free trial of your apps?
What happens to my data if I move from the free/trial version to a paid version?
You will not lose any data, everything will remain the same except with the paid version you will have access to additional features.
Do I need a G Suite or Gmail account to use our apps?
Yes. All of our apps integrate with Google and require you to have a G Suite or a personal Gmail account.
What happens if I switch schools and need to change my G Suite or Gmail account license?
You can change your account license email at any time!
Where is my data stored?
We take security and privacy very seriously and take additional steps to ensure that your data is protected. When using our apps, all of your data is stored on your Google Apps account and is never transferred to Gdev apps or other external service.
What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
*Within 30 days of purchase, only unused text message credits will be refunded.
*After 30 days from date of purchase, all apps and text message credits are non-refundable
*Custom code, projects and district/school installations are subject to different terms and refund policy. These will be outlined in the project contract.
